While our peers follow a linear design build-maintain model, we are different.
Our process is a continuous, empathetic and integrated process – just like nature. It is our way of ensuring outcomes that are robust, holistic and resilient.
The design/build strategy – thorough and efficient.
Client Intake. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you and your project. We discuss your goals, vision, budget, and timeline. It’s important to understand your priorities and preferences early on.
Site Analysis and Assessment. We evaluate existing site conditions, including topography, trees, soil, drainage, erosion, sun patterns, and natural and build elements.
Concept Development. This phase involves brainstorming, sketching, and exploring various possibilities to develop a design concept that reflects your vision and incorporates our expertise.
Refinement. Once our design direction is established, we sit down with you to refine and further develop the design. We’ll focus on elements to be included, layout details, and material options. We’ll incorporate your feedback to ensure the design aligns with your preferences and objectives.
Final Plan Set and Submittal. This step involves producing detailed drawings, plans, and specifications that serve as a blueprint for the construction phase. All aspects of the job will be detailed within these documents.
Construction. We’ll take it from here. Our team of trusted professionals will begin the installation. We provide guidance, answer questions, and work closely with the construction team to ensure the design intent is realized and all work meets our high standards for craftsmanship.
Completion. We conduct a final walkthrough of the space. Finally, we hand over the completed project to you, ready for you to enjoy.
